1. Fees
(1) ¥2,500
i) Persons aged 65 or older (as of the vaccination date), and
ii) who have resident registration in Tachikawa City or in any of the 10 neighboring cities (※).
(2) ¥4,000
Those who do not meet the criteria in (1) above.
10 neighboring cities (※): Kodaira, Kokubunji, Kunitachi, Higashiyamato, Akishima, Kiyose, Koganei, Komae, Higashimurayama, Musashimurayama.
2. Period
October 1, 2025 (Wednesday) – January 31, 2026 (Saturday) (Reiwa 7 – Reiwa 8).

Health insurance card or other identification

For households receiving public assistance and for Japanese nationals left behind in China (Chūgoku zanryū hōjin): If you submit the original certificate issued within the past 3 months, the vaccination fee will be waived.
